"Some Builders have offered us free advice & quotes but with no real idea of the planning permission requirements, saying that planning may not be required ? Once Englishaus visited us , Desmond showed us how the various planning permission options would succed , & we ended up with two planning applications to achieve what we really wanted eventually gaining our Granted application for full planning permission & later with a submission for Building regulations Approval. Desmond found us a Builder was Not registered for VAT which enabled us to save 20% on the whole project build too ! . Mr Michael .G ( Richmond)
